Cookie Policy

1. Strictly necessary storage

A language cookie whose name ends in "_locale". The server sets it only when you choose a language yourself, for example in the language menu. It stores only that language, is not readable by scripts and lasts one year. No cookie is set on your first visit.

A sign-in session cookie, set by the order system only when you sign in to an account.

Session storage in your browser that carries the selected package and link from the service page to the checkout, and is cleared when the tab is closed.

Local storage in your browser that keeps your analytics choice and its date, and a note that you closed the language suggestion. This stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

This storage is needed to provide the service you request, so it does not require consent.

2. Analytics cookies, only with your consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and order steps are used. Before you choose, and if you reject, the Google tag is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_*, which hold a random identifier for your browser and expire 13 months after your last visit. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation stay denied, and Google signals are switched off.

Google does not receive your name, e-mail address or the link you order for. Google processes the data on its own servers, which may be outside your country.

3. Payment

At the payment step the payment provider may set its own cookies to complete the payment securely and to check for fraud. They are governed by the provider's own policy.

4. Your choice and how to change it

A banner offers "Accept" and "Reject" side by side, in the same size and style. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page; withdrawing stops measurement and deletes the Google Analytics cookies. We keep your choice for 6 months and then ask again.

5. Browser controls

You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. You will then need to sign in, choose your language and make your cookie choice again.
