Refunds and Withdrawal

1. Before processing starts

You can cancel an order before processing starts and receive a full refund.

2. Orders not delivered or partly delivered

If an order cannot be delivered, or only part of the quantity is delivered, we refund the amount for the undelivered part. The refund goes to the original payment method or, if you agree, to your Abonra wallet. How long it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

3. Refill period

Each package shows its refill period before payment, and the period is recorded on the order when it is created. It starts when delivery is complete. If the count drops within that period, we top it up free of charge, up to the quantity delivered.

Refill does not cover accounts that are made private, deleted or restricted after delivery, drops caused by your own actions such as changing the username or deleting the post, or orders sent to a wrong link you entered.

4. Right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.

To withdraw, use the withdrawal function labelled "Withdraw from contract here" at the bottom of every page of this site and on the order confirmation, or send us a clear statement to support@socishop.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send the statement before the period ends.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You are not charged any fee for the refund.

If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount in proportion to what has been provided until you told us of your withdrawal, compared with the full service.

Your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided, if you expressly asked for the service to start before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract. The checkout asks for this request and acknowledgement before payment.

6. How to ask

Write to support@socishop.com or message us on WhatsApp with the order number, the e-mail address you ordered with and the link the order was for. Never send a password.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory right you have under the consumer protection law of your country.
