1. Controller

The controller of the personal data described here is Social Developer LTD:

The company operates Abonra at abonra.com and the SociShop store; orders from both are handled in the same order system.

2. Data we collect

When you order: your first and last name, your e-mail address, the public link of the target account or post, and the order details.

If you open an account: your name, your e-mail address and an irreversibly hashed password. If you use the wallet: your balance and transaction history.

Payment: the payment status and a payment reference. Card data is handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.

Recorded automatically for security and order handling: your IP address, browser type and the page an order was sent from.

If you write to us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the messages in that conversation.

Only if you accept analytics cookies: usage data collected by Google Analytics 4, described in the Cookie Policy.

We never ask for or collect social media passwords.

3. Purposes and legal bases

To carry out your order and contact you about it (performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To keep the records commercial and tax law require (legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

To verify payments, prevent fraud and protect the site (legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To measure and improve the site with Google Analytics, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We do not send marketing messages. If that changes, it will happen only with your consent.

4. Recipients

Stripe, which processes card payments; our hosting provider, Google Cloud; our e-mail service provider; fulfilment partners, which receive only the public link and the ordered quantity; WhatsApp (Meta), if you contact us there; and Google, for Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it on for advertising.

6. Retention

We keep order data for as long as the order and any dispute about it require, and afterwards for the period commercial and tax law prescribe. Then it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Your analytics choice is kept in your browser for 6 months.

7. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before.

Send requests to support@socishop.com or on WhatsApp. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live.

8. Automated decisions

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects for you. The payment provider runs its own fraud checks under its own policy.

9. Security

Connections to the site are encrypted, administrative access is separated by role, and we never ask for platform passwords.

10. Minors

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over.

11. Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
