1. Who we are

Abonra (abonra.com) is a brand operated by Social Developer LTD. The company's details are:

The same company also operates the SociShop store, and both use the same order system. In these terms "we" means Abonra and Social Developer LTD; "you" means the person who uses the site or places an order.

2. The service

We provide a digital marketing service that adds visible engagement, such as followers, likes and views, to public social media accounts and posts. Each package states its type, quantity and price on its own page.

The service is delivered without your password and without access to your account. Platform names are trademarks of their owners. Abonra is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any platform.

We undertake to deliver the ordered quantity. We make no promise about reach, sales, ranking or acceptance into any platform programme.

3. Who may order

You must be 18 or older, own the target account or post or be authorised to manage it, and keep the account or post public while the order is processed.

4. How a contract is formed

You choose a package, enter the public link of the target account or post and your contact details, and review the order. Until you press the final order button you can correct every entry with the edit fields or go back.

Pressing the final order button is a binding offer to pay. The contract is formed when the payment is confirmed and the order is accepted. The order then appears on the order tracking page and, if you have an account, in your account.

The contract can be concluded in English, German, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish or Dutch. You can save or print these terms from this page at any time.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The amount shown at the last step before payment is the full amount we charge.

Payment is taken by the methods offered at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never reach our systems.

Your bank or card issuer may charge its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. That fee is set by your bank, not by us.

6. Processing and delivery

Processing starts after the payment is confirmed and the order has been reviewed. Any time shown on a package is an estimate, not a commitment.

If the account is made private, the username is changed or the post is deleted during processing, the order may stop. That is not a failure on our side; section 3 of the Refunds and Withdrawal policy explains what happens to the undelivered part.

7. Immediate start, cancellation and withdrawal

When you order you ask us to start the service as soon as the payment is confirmed. You can cancel for a full refund before processing starts.

If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, for example in the European Union, that right and how it ends are explained in the Refunds and Withdrawal policy. Nothing in these terms limits it.

8. Your obligations

The target content must be lawful and must not infringe the rights of others. It must not contain sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence or hatred, unlicensed financial or medical offers or counterfeit goods, and it must not be the account of a minor.

You must not use automated tools to abuse the site or the order system. If you are paid to promote something, you are responsible for the advertising disclosures the law of your country requires.

9. Our right to refuse an order

We may refuse or cancel an order that breaches these terms. We then refund the amount paid for the part that has not been delivered.

10. Account and wallet

An account is optional. Keep your Abonra account password confidential; it is never the password of a social media account. Wallet balance can be used for orders on the site and is held in US dollars.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. This limit does not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or where mandatory law does not allow it to be limited.

13. Changes

An order is governed by the version of these terms in force when it was placed. The date of this version is shown at the top of this page.
